You’ll leave this session with a clear understanding of what may be driving your symptoms - and practical steps you can begin right away.
You’ll receive a tailored plan integrating nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, supplement guidance (if needed), somatic tools, and nervous-system support.
This plan evolves with you - gently, safely, and at a pace your body can hold.
Depending on your package (12 or 16 weeks), we meet weekly or biweekly to:
review what’s shifting
adjust your plan
explore emotional or nervous-system patterns
support resilience and clarity
This ongoing support ensures you feel grounded and guided throughout the process.
In the final session, we consolidate your progress, map out your long-term plan, and ensure you feel confident continuing independently.
