How it works
Your journey will start with an initial consultation typically lasting 60-75 minutes. We will discuss your health history and any current ailments, your food preferences and patterns and your main nutrition and lifestyle goals and challenges.
We will create a nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to you and set achievable goals to get you started on your health journey. We will have regular ‘check-in’ sessions to discuss how you are doing, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, answer any questions and set new goals.
You will receive:

Supplement recommendations if necessary (priced separately)
Recommendations for NHS or functional testing (if appropriate)
Recipes & shopping lists
Fortnightly update coaching sessions to monitor your progress
