Hi, I’m Amanda

I’m a London-based Registered Gut Health Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC), specialising in the microbiome and the gut–brain connection.

Through my 1:1 online clinic, I support people locally in London and across the UK with ongoing gut issues such as bloating, reflux, SIBO and IBS.

Together, we look beyond the surface to uncover what’s really driving their symptoms - from diet, digestion and microbial balance to lifestyle factors, stressors and emotional responses that shape digestion.

From there, we identify the key areas that need support and create a personalised plan using targeted nutrition, practical daily strategies and somatic tools to restore balance, build long-term resilience and optimise overall health.

My role is to make the path forward simple and manageable, offering expert guidance that fits into real life, while also providing space to explore hidden emotions and release tension held in the body.
