Nurtured from the Roots:

My exploration of health, healing, and the human experience

When I think about healing, I think of roots. The unseen parts beneath the surface that determine the strength, resilience, and direction of everything above. Nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation are part of those roots, but so are our emotions, our histories, and the patterns we carry in our bodies.

Over time, my work has evolved to include both the practical aspects of nutrition, cooking, and lifestyle, and the less tangible but equally, if not more, important support that comes from exploring emotional depth. I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned through these three blog series:

Reflections
This series shares insights from my work with clients and within the wider health industry. I share stories about the deeper layers of healing, what happens when we slow down, listen to the body, and approach nutrition not as a set of rules but as a relationship. I also explore the challenges my clients face throughout the process, often long before they begin working with me.
