1. What does a gut health nutritionist do?
As a gut health nutritionist, I help people understand the root causes of digestive symptoms such as IBS, SIBO, bloating, reflux, constipation and food reactions. Using personalised nutrition and a nervous system-aware approach, with functional testing used where helpful, I create tailored plans that support long-term digestive healing.
2. Do you work with IBS and SIBO?
Yes. IBS and SIBO are two of my main areas of expertise. I use a combination of evidence-based nutrition and nervous system support, with functional testing such as SIBO breath tests and GI360 used where helpful, to reduce symptoms and address underlying imbalances.
3. Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. My clinic is fully online, supporting clients across London, and the UK. All sessions take place via Zoom and packages include between-session support.
4. What types of functional tests do you use?
Depending on your symptoms, I may recommend tests such as the GI360, GI-MAP, SIBO breath test, DUTCH hormone test or targeted blood panels. Testing is always optional and guided by your case, symptoms and goals.
5. Is your approach suitable for people whose symptoms worsen with stress?
Absolutely. Many clients come to me because their digestion is closely linked to stress, or overwhelm. My Mind–Body–Biome™ method integrates nutritional therapy with nervous system support to improve both digestion and overall regulation.
6. What kinds of symptoms or conditions do you support?
I work with IBS, SIBO, bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea, dysbiosis, Candida, leaky gut, histamine intolerance, hormone-related digestive symptoms and food sensitivities.
A complete list is available on my Conditions I Support page.
7. How do I know if we’re the right fit?
If you have long-standing digestive symptoms, feel your gut reacts strongly to stress, or haven’t found answers through GP routes or restrictive diets, my approach may be a good match. You’re welcome to book a free call to ask questions and explore whether working together feels right.
8. How do your programmes differ from most gut health support?
Most gut health support is short-term and protocol-led. My programmes are designed for complex, long-standing symptoms and real life healing, not quick fixes.
Weekly sessions at the start, not monthly check-ins
Minimum of 8–14 follow-up calls (plus an initial consultation), depending on programme length
Multi-month continuity, not short protocols
Nervous system informed care built into every session
Real-time plan adjustments based on symptoms, tests, and capacity
Ongoing WhatsApp and email support between sessions
Specialism in complex and chronic cases
Focus on long-term outcomes, not temporary symptom control
