My Story

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner in training.

For the past eight years, I’ve been supporting people to feel more at home in their bodies by healing their gut, restoring energy, and more recently, exploring the deeper patterns that often sit beneath physical symptoms.

My own journey into nutrition and healing didn’t come from a textbook - it came from lived experience.

In my teens and twenties, food was both a comfort and a struggle. I dealt with chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, and a growing sense that something wasn’t quite right in my body. At 30, I decided to find out why - and in doing so, I discovered something profound.

That the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal - when we give it the right conditions.

Later, I came to realise that true health isn’t just about what we eat, but who we are, how we live, and what we carry.

Since qualifying from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of women and men find answers, feel better, and reconnect to themselves through nutrition, lifestyle, functional testing, and meaningful 1:1 support.

I hold a Certificate of Completion for Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training, representing over 120 hours of live, trauma-informed practice and mentorship.

While much of my work focuses on digestive health - issues like IBS, bloating, reflux SIBO & IBD - my real focus is people. Not protocols. Not templates. Not 12-week generic plans.

I believe your story, your symptoms, your past, and your environment all matter. That’s why I take a root-cause approach that’s evidence-informed but deeply human - combining nutrition with somatic therapy tools to explore how stress, trauma, and emotional patterns shape our health.

This is not one-size-fits-all work.

It’s slow, honest, and grounded in connection. And that’s what makes it powerful.
