My Story
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Somatic Counselor and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner in training.
For the past eight years, I’ve been supporting people to feel more at home in their bodies by healing their gut, restoring energy, and addressing the factors that often sit behind long-standing physical symptoms.
My own journey into nutrition and healing didn’t come from a textbook - it came from lived experience.
In my teens and twenties, food was both a comfort and a struggle. I dealt with chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, and a growing sense that something wasn’t quite right in my body. At 30, I decided to find out why - and in doing so, I discovered something profound.
That the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal - when we give it the right conditions.
Later, I came to realise that true health isn’t just about what we eat, but how we live, and the pressures our bodies adapt to over time.
Since qualifying from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of women and men find answers, feel better, and regain confidence in their bodies through nutritional therapy, lifestyle support, functional testing, and personalised 1:1 care.
My training as a nutritional therapist covers the full functional medicine picture, including hormone health, immune function, blood sugar balance, nutrient status, inflammation, detoxification, and nervous system regulation. This allows me to look beyond isolated symptoms and understand how different systems interact to shape long-term health.
While much of my work focuses on digestive health - issues like IBS, bloating, reflux, SIBO & IBD - my real focus is people. Not protocols. Not templates. Not 12-week generic plans.
Alongside my nutrition training, I have completed over 200 hours of professional Compassionate Inquiry training, which informs how I listen, pace sessions, and support clients whose symptoms are influenced by stress and nervous system load.
I believe your history, symptoms, and environment all matter. That’s why I take a root-cause, evidence-informed approach that combines nutrition with practical, body-based support to reduce strain on the system and support long-term health.
This is not one-size-fits-all work.
It’s slow, honest, and grounded in connection.
