You may not have expected an approach that also looks at the role of stress, the nervous system, and the deeper patterns that sit underneath persistent gut symptoms.

A website can only do so much to convey what this work actually is.

Rather than relying on explanation alone, I make a small number of free, standalone Compassionate Inquiry sessions available each month so you can personally experience the approach.

I do this because I’m confident in the impact of Compassionate Inquiry and I let it speak for itself. If it resonates, that’s enough. If it doesn’t, there’s no pressure to take anything further.

This is not a sales call. We won’t discuss working together during or immediately after the session, and there is no follow-up pressure.

What this is

You’re applying for a short, standalone Compassionate Inquiry (CI) session. This is a gentle, trauma-informed approach that helps you listen more deeply to what your body and symptoms may be communicating.

You likely arrived here looking for gut health support, not “therapy.” I understand that. My work lives at the intersection of nutrition, the nervous system, and emotional overwhelm, because for many people, persistent gut symptoms are shaped by more than food alone.

This free session is offered as a preview of the approach, not a consultation to sell you anything.

What it isn’t

This is not:

  • A call to discuss working together

  • A chance to discuss your diet or to give you any dietary advice

  • A diagnosis or medical advice

  • A nutrition plan, protocol, or supplement recommendations

  • A space where you’ll be “pushed” to share more than feels safe


    If you ever did want to discuss working together in the future, we’d have a conversation which would happen separately, after you’ve had time to reflect.

What happens on the call

What to expect

  • A 30 minute session by video

  • A calm, guided inquiry with gentle questions

  • You’re always in control, you can pause, pass, or stop at any point

  • No pressure to “perform” or explain things perfectly

After the session

I want you to have space for it to land.

There’s no follow-up pitch.

You’ll receive a simple email or text check-in whichever you prefer.
