My Mind Body Biome™ approach is the result of nearly a decade spent helping people with long-standing gut symptoms, often after years of trying different diets, supplements, and protocols with only partial relief.

Early in my work, I focused primarily on nutritional and functional testing. Many clients improved, but the biggest and most consistent shifts happened when I began looking more closely at the other factors that influence digestion, including nervous system regulation and how the body responds to ongoing stress.

Over time, it became clear that chronic gut symptoms are shaped not only by biology and the microbiome, but also by lifestyle pressures and daily demands. Your gut does not exist in isolation. Lasting improvement does not result from just addressing what you eat, but how the body adapts to everyday life alongside targeted lifestyle support.

Understanding the whole picture, including your day-to-day habits, environment, and stress load, allows nutrition and testing to be applied in a way that is more precise, supportive, and sustainable.

The gut doesn’t heal in isolation. It’s closely connected to your nervous system, hormonal system, and immune function. How It Looks In Practice

The Mind Body Biome™ Method is not a programme, its not a set of rules. Its the integration of four approaches. These are not separate sessions in themselves; they are the foundational influences that shape how I understand your symptoms and guide your care.

Because this work is fully personalised, the starting point can look different for each person. Some clients begin with nutrition, testing, and symptom-focused lifestyle support. Others are already aware that stress, overload, or long-term pressure is influencing how their body is responding.

Either way, the same depth of care applies. I meet you where you are, while holding the wider picture in mind, so your plan can evolve based on what you need. For many people, this means first allowing the body to settle, rather than forcing change before your system is ready.

I’m Amanda - a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Compassionate Inquiry practitioner in training. My work is grounded in the belief that gut healing isn’t just about fixing symptoms, but about understanding the whole person they belong to.

I combine digestive health expertise with body-based nervous system support to help make sense of long-standing patterns in the body, and why symptoms can persist even after years of “doing all the right things.”

What matters most to me is that you feel listened to, supported, and clearly guided. I meet you where you are, and we move at a pace that feels steady and manageable for your body and overall system.

This isn’t about quick fixes or rigid protocols. It’s about understanding your digestion more fully, reducing the factors that keep symptoms going, and creating the conditions for change that can genuinely last.

  • My programmes are intentionally high-touch and long-form. All clients begin with weekly 1:1 sessions, followed by regular ongoing support across 3, 4 or 6 months. Depending on the programme you choose, this includes a minimum of 7 to 15 hours of direct practitioner contact time, alongside between-session support. This is made up of a minimum of 8–14 follow-up calls plus an initial consultation, depending on programme length.

    Nervous system regulation is supported within every session, not as a separate add-on, and the frequency of contact is part of the treatment itself. This allows symptoms to be addressed as they arise, plans to be adjusted in real time, and change to be integrated safely rather than rushed.

    This structure is designed for complex, stress-sensitive gut conditions where short programmes or infrequent check-ins are often not enough.

Step 1: Your Free Introductory Call

A 30-minute clarity call to understand your symptoms, your goals, and whether the Mind Body Biome™ Method is the right fit for you.

You’ll get clarity on your next steps - no pressure, just support.

Step 2: Your Initial Consultation (60-75 minutes)

We dive into your full health story: digestion, stress patterns, life history, emotions, habits, and physiology.

You’ll leave this session with a clearer understanding of the key factors influencing your symptoms, along with a considered path for further exploration and practical steps you can begin right away.

Step 3: Your Personalised Plan

You’ll receive a tailored plan integrating nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, supplement guidance (if needed), somatic tools, and nervous-system support.

This plan evolves with you - gently, safely, and at a pace your body can hold.

Step 4: Regular Support & Review Sessions

We meet weekly initially, and progress to fortnightly at a pace that feels best:

  • review what’s shifting

  • adjust your plan

  • explore emotional or nervous-system patterns

  • support resilience and clarity

This ongoing support ensures you feel grounded and guided throughout the process.

Step 5: Compassionate Inquiry

Depending on your plan (3, 4 or 6 months) and the depth of our work together, practical sessions focused on testing, lifestyle and nutrition will be interspersed with deliberate somatic sessions designed to settle the nervous system and stabilise your system as a whole.

Step 6: Integration & Long-Term Strategy

In the final session, we consolidate your progress, map out your long-term plan, and ensure you feel confident continuing independently.

You’ll understand your body’s signals, know what supports your gut, and feel more regulated, stable, and connected to yourself.
