My Story…

In my teens, I was confused and rebellious.

My 20's were filled with health challenges and internal struggle.

For as long as I could remember food had been both my friend and my enemy, and it was taking its toll.

At 30 I decided to find some answers.

My intention was to heal myself, but I stumbled upon something very powerful that I wanted to share with others.

The body's ability to heal given the right conditions, and the complex and connected nature of everything that shapes us as human.

How I Work…

I graduated in Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in 2017 and opened my practice the same year.

Like many of us, 2020 pushed me online. The improved convenience was undeniable but I missed the human interaction, and was determined to hold onto as much of it as possible. I maintain a very personal approach and choose care and connection over templates and generic programs.

I'm currently expanding my expertise by studying Compassionate Inquiry, Gabor Maté’s somatic therapeutic approach. This allows me to support clients on a more profound, embodied level; addressing not only physical well-being, but also the mental and emotional aspects that contribute to overall health.

Who I Work With…

Nutrition, health, and personal growth are nuanced and shaped by context. We are not defined by our ailment, age, demographic, or condition.

That's why I don't have a niche. I don’t have a generic curriculum for you to work through.

My approach is one of inquiry, complexity, and depth.

I rely on connection, and a genuine and sincere interest in my clients' lived experience. And I bring actual expertise in the fields of Nutritional Therapy, Lifestyle Medicine, Somatic Awareness and Trauma-Informed Inquiry, to better understand them as an individual.

I’m here to sit with what’s real - even when it’s contradictory, unresolved, or uncomfortable.

This kind of work doesn’t scale very easily. But it’s honest and it’s human. And that’s what matters to me.
