Mind Body Biome Process of Care

The Process of Care outlines how the Mind Body Biome™ Method is applied in practice.

This is not a fixed programme or a standardised sequence. It is a structured, personalised process that adapts to your body, your symptoms, and your capacity at each stage.

While every plan is tailored, there is a clear pathway that guides how we work together.

The Process

Step 1: Initial Clarity Call

A 30-minute introductory call to understand your symptoms, your history, and what you’re looking for.

This is a space to ask questions, gain clarity, and explore whether this way of working feels right for you.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

A 60–75 minute session exploring your full health picture.

We look at digestion, symptoms, stress patterns, health history, lifestyle, and the wider context your body is operating within.

You leave with a clearer understanding of what may be driving your symptoms, along with initial steps to begin supporting your system.

Step 3: Personalised Plan

You receive a tailored plan that may include:

  • Nutrition and meal guidance

  • Lifestyle adjustments

  • Supplement support where appropriate

  • Nervous system and somatic tools

This is not a rigid protocol. It is a flexible plan designed to evolve with you.

Step 4: Ongoing Support and Review

We meet regularly to:

  • Review what is changing

  • Adjust your plan in real time

  • Explore patterns influencing your symptoms

  • Support regulation and stability

Sessions are weekly to begin with, and may shift to fortnightly as your system becomes more stable.

Step 5: Deeper Work and Integration

As your body settles, we may introduce:

  • Functional testing where appropriate

  • More targeted nutritional interventions

  • Deeper exploration of stress and nervous system patterns

This stage is guided by your readiness, not a fixed timeline.

Step 6: Consolidation and Long-Term Strategy

In the later stages, we focus on:

  • Consolidating progress

  • Strengthening self-awareness

  • Building a sustainable long-term approach

You leave with a clear understanding of your body, and the tools to continue independently.

  • In some cases, particularly when symptoms are highly stress-responsive or feel reactive and unpredictable, we begin with a short Body Regulation Reset.

This initial phase focuses on calming nervous system reactivity, rebuilding body trust, and stabilising your system before deeper nutritional or functional work begins.

It is not therapy and does not replace ongoing care. It is a focused stabilisation phase used when your body needs settling before change can land.

For some clients, this is the starting point. For others, it becomes a supportive layer within the wider process.

What Clients Often Notice

As the process progresses, clients often report:

More predictable digestion and fewer flare-ups

Increased confidence around food choices

Reduced reactivity to stress and daily demands

Greater awareness of how their body responds

Improved energy and a more stable baseline

These changes tend to develop gradually, as the body becomes more regulated and supported.

Structure of Support

This work is designed as a high-touch, longer-term process.

All clients begin with weekly 1:1 sessions. Support then continues across 3, 4 or 6 months, depending on the programme.

This includes consistent practitioner contact, alongside between-session support, allowing your plan to evolve in real time.

The frequency of support is part of the treatment itself. It allows changes to be integrated safely, rather than rushed or forced.

This structure is designed for complex, stress-sensitive gut conditions where short programmes or infrequent check-ins are often not enough.
