How I help
My Mind Body Biome™ Method brings together Nutritional Therapy and gentle nervous-system support. I work with IBS, SIBO, bloating, reflux, constipation, and complex gut symptoms using personalised nutrition, functional testing, and mind-body informed care.
As a BANT- and CNHC-registered Nutritional Therapist, I’m trained to practitioner-level standards in nutrition science, clinical practice and functional testing, and my work is regulated by professional codes of conduct. I do not diagnose medical conditions or replace a dietitian’s role within the NHS, but I work alongside medical care to provide personalised, root-cause support.
