Living with bloating, SIBO, IBS, or ongoing gut discomfort can feel exhausting.
Constipation, reflux, diarrhoea, or food sensitivities may have you stuck in an endless cycle.
If you’re feeling unsupported and confused, or frustrated by quick fixes that only temporarily reduce bloating, calm reflux, or ease constipation, it’s easy to start believing nothing will work.
But lasting relief, and a gut that finally feels happy and healthy is possible.
What’s needed is a personalised approach that supports and balances digestion while addressing the root causes of your symptoms.
It begins with taking a deeper look at what’s happening inside.
Expert Gut Health Specialist - Tim Spector
Why Your Gut Symptoms Keep Coming Back
Improving chronic gut issues takes more than a restrictive diet, random supplements, medication or quick fix.
The health of your microbiome and how well your digestion functions, together with the dietary, lifestyle and environmental factors that influence them, are fundamental to ongoing gut health.
The gut never works in isolation. It’s connected to every other system of the body, including the hormonal and nervous systems. Which means gut health not only influences, but is influenced by things like your energy, mood and sleep.
Because the brain and gut are so closely linked, body states, emotional stress and unconscious patterns often act as hidden drivers of ongoing gut problems.

A Different Way Forward
As a gut health specialist, I work with both body and mind. My approach combines practical, science-based nutrition and lifestyle support with transformative emotional work. This is about caring for the whole self so you can move beyond symptoms and create the conditions for true healing.
Nutritional Therapy – Using Naturopathic Medicine, Functional Testing, and personalised lifestyle & nutrition guidance to identify triggers, nourish your body, and restore balance to your microbiome.
Compassionate Inquiry – A therapeutic approach that offers tools to help regulate the nervous system while gently uncovering and releasing the unconscious patterns and emotions that shape your health.

Clients often tell me it’s the first time they feel truly heard and understood. That’s when real change begins.

Q: What’s the difference between a gut health dietician (dietitian) and a nutritionist?
A: Many people search for a “gut health dietician / dietitian” when looking for support. In the UK, “dietitian” is a legally protected title, while “nutritionist” and “nutritional therapist” are also regulated through professional bodies. I am a registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC) specialising in gut health, IBS, SIBO, bloating and reflux. My approach combines personalised nutrition therapy, lifestyle support and functional testing to address the root causes of digestive issues.Q: Can a nutritionist help with IBS and bloating?
A: Yes — a gut health nutritionist can help identify food triggers, improve digestion, and use science-based strategies to reduce IBS flare-ups, bloating and reflux. I also support the gut–brain connection to manage stress and nervous system imbalance, which often drive gut symptoms.Q: Do you offer online consultations?
A: Yes. I provide 1:1 online consultations, so you can access gut health nutrition support from anywhere in the UK or beyond. We’ll create a personalised plan based on your symptoms, lifestyle, and any relevant test results.Q: What is functional gut testing?
A: Functional gut testing refers to advanced stool or breath tests that assess the microbiome, digestive health, or bacterial overgrowth (like SIBO). I use these tests to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms, so we can work on long-term solutions instead of short-term fixes.
